Fabulous small guest house in Venice
Excellent location next to the bridge. Our room had lovely views over the canal and beautiful period furniture. Nice to sit in the small garden for breakfast. Mattia was very helpful in explaining the sites of interest and the gentleman serving breakfast (sorry I didn’t catch his name) was very polite. We would definitely stay here again.
It was the first time we had an external bathroom but it didn’t put us off.

Wonderful
Amazing location, very kind and helpful employees . Would highly recommend, if I ever go back to Venice I’m definitely booking this place again.
The only issue was the internet connection on the 2nd floor, it only worked in some parts of the room.

I really enjoyed my stay here, will definitely stay here again if I come back :)
The location was so great close to all the shops but still on a quiet street, the property had a beautiful garden that you have breakfast in and the host was so lovely. The room had character and charm and felt like a home.
Private bathroom and stairway are bit tight, but even then it was completely fine.
